1. Prices & Descriptions
All prices quoted are are not subject to VAT as B & S Supplies are not required to be VAT Registered. Please Note: We reserve the right to substitute out of stock items with similar items. Unless otherwise requested not to. All dimensions are approximate.
2. Orders & Delivery Charges
When a special order is placed for an item not in stock, the customer is committing to purchase the ordered item. Failure to do so will result in the customer being liable for any carriage or delivery charges incurred by B & S Supplies. Undelivered Parcels - Should any package be returned undelivered a fee equal to the original shipping costs will apply. This fee must be paid up front before redelivery or will be taken from any refund if goods are no longer required. The aforementioned relates to UK orders only. Non UK orders should contact us to conifrm delivery costs before placing any orders or making payment.
3. Delivery
Any dates specified by the company for delivery of the goods are intended to be an estimate and time for delivery shall not be made of the essence by notice. If no dates are specified delivery will be within a reasonable time. Customers will be informed of postage and packaging costs prior to Order Confirmation.
4. Defective Goods or Shortages
In the event of defective goods or shortages the company will consider no claim unless you notify the company in writing within 3 days of receipt of the goods. Where a claim is presented outside such time no matter what the reason the customer will be conclusively presumed to have received the goods in correct quantity and good condition. Subject to the above, if the goods are defective the company shall at its option repair or replace the goods (or the defective part of them) or credit the price of the goods. Provided that if the Company so requests, you shall at your own expense return the goods or the part of the goods, which is defective to the Company. Any items returned to the Company must be in its original packaging. Due to its Fragility, glassware is uninsured and can only be sent at customer's own risk. No credits can be given on glassware items.
5. Ownership & Risk
The property in the goods shall not pass to you until full payment has been made to B&S Supplies.
6. Payments
Mail Order: Payment is by cash, cheque, credit card or debit card via Paypal. Please allow 5 working days for cheques to clear. In the event that an item is out of stock at time of ordering, we reserve the right to substitute with an item of similar nature - unless requested not to.
7. Cheque payments
Please make cheques payable to B&S Supplies. Please note: We charge £10.00 per returned cheque.
