How do I place an order?
Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
Are there any delivery charges?
Postage and packing is currently charged at between £3.49 to £10.49 to addresses within the UK, please feel free to email us for postage rates. Orders will be sent by First or Second Class Recorded Delivery Post or 48 Hour courier service.

How do I return unsuitable items?
Please contact us by phone or by EMAIL to arrange a return. We will refund you the cost of the item, but not the shipping charge or costs of transport in either direction unless the item is damaged, faulty or not what was ordered.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Please allow 7 working days from ordering to receipt for UK delivery.
